This year's Route Halifax Saint-Pierre double-handed competition is a head to head affair. Two veterans of the race are entered. Evan Petley-Jones and his sailing partner Ben Maloney are getting "Harrier" ready. And now past chair Mike Evans has decided that he will do a short-handed race on "Sea Smoke" this year.
